Join us for a relaxed morning playing with glass. Yep that’s a thing! You’ll get enough glass to make a couple of coasters. Or, you can make a soap dish, tea-light holder, decorative hangers or pendants. The course includes all materials and refreshments.

We’ll have coloured glass, powders, frits, metals for you to use. We also have other inclusions and decorative elements for you to play with to create your own unique pieces. We will fuse them in our kiln, ready to be collected in a couple of weeks…simples!

It really is a wonderful medium. It’s suitable for beginners and the more advanced due to the flexibility of the class. To make a Candle Screen this requires additional sheets of clear glass to work with which can be purchased for £10.

WHERE? The Village Hall in Little Weighton is a light and spacious space. It’s close to Cottingham, just past Skidby, or Walkington if you’re coming from Beverley.

ANY PARKING? Parking is behind the village hall and can be accessed via Potterdale drive. Look out for the sign directing you to the Village Hall Car park.

REFRESHMENTS? Light refreshments are provided. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
