This is an introduction to the alchemy that is Silver Clay. Using Art Clay Silver, you will learn how to correctly handle this fabulous medium and create your very own piece of 99.9% Pure Silver treasure.
The class will cover the following:
  • Planning your design
  • Preparation and handling of the clay
  • Decoration options
  • Refining and polishing
  • Creating a pendant from your finished silver.
  • You will be shown how to safely fire the clay without a kiln and provided with a fact sheet on alternative firing methods along with information on where to source materials and ideas to continue your Silver Clay adventure.

WHERE? The Zoo Café is an ‘Oasis of Calm’ in the hustle and bustle of the city, off Newland Avenue down a snicket, directly opposite Goddard Avenue.

ANY PARKING? Parking is unrestricted in the evening on Goddard.
